What is it that would set apart Crescent from other
schools ?

Crescent English High School is being developed as a centre
of excellence ; at the same time always keeping
sight of its primary goal - that of developing the
whole person.

The
School will be run in two sections, one for boys and
the other for girls. It will have Urdu, Arabic
(Second Language) and Value Education (Diniyat
Compulsory for Muslims).

What
are the salient features of the project ?
Crescent English High School building will have :
Boys and Girls section each catering to about 500
students.
For the Pre-primary section-sheltered courtyard (with
sand pit, jungle gym, play equipment) and a toy library
will be developed.
For the
primary & secondary section - 20 spacious classroom, Seperate Laboratories for Physics, Chemistry and
Biology, Library, Reading room, Audio Visual (Seminar)
Room, Computer Room, Art Studio, Craft Studio & Cookery
Room.
A huge Auditorium cum indoor games court, a
courtyard terrace.
A spacious prayer hall (with facility for
ablution). This could also be used for quiet reflection and reference fitted
with a good library of Islamic books, audio and video cassettes.
A spacious play ground.
Crescent High School
for which MESCO has established a seperate trust, is the
dream project of the Organisation; for , through this
school it seeks to provide an integrated development of
the child where he/she would be able to imbibe true
human values. MESCO beleives that the children
coming out of this school will be equipped and trained
with the best technical and formal education as also
embody basic human values and grow up to be, useful
citizens who feel for their brethren in society.
MESCO Education Society, established for this
purpose has already started in humble way a little over
a decade back a school by renting out rooms at a nearby
location (Closed to a plot of land of about 1.7 Acres
bought at the close of 1998) & over the years this
school has reached upto standard X (equals to "O' level)
1st batch of students appearing for the Government board
Exam in March 2006. The School has almost 600 students
on its role. The cost are subsidise by fund raising the
deficit of 40% each year.
